Each year the students get a booklet to help them attend school and cope with the transition from junior level to Fifth year. This is something our teachers have fine-tuned over generations of student to prepare Fifth Years for their entry into the Senior Cycle.

National Educational Psychological Service (NEPS)
From their homepage:

NEPS psychologists work with both primary and post-primary schools and are concerned with learning, behaviour, social and emotional development. Each psychologist is assigned to a group of schools.
NEPS psychologists specialise in working with the school community. They work in partnership with teachers, parents and children in identifying educational needs. They offer a range of services aimed at meeting these needs, for example, supporting individual students (through consultation and assessment), special projects and research.”
Pieta
Pieta provides free therapy to those engaging in self-harm, with suicidal ideation, or bereaved by suicide.
Samaritans
Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental support, 24 hours a day for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

ShoutOut give workshops to students, teachers and parents to help improve the school environment for LGBTI+ young people
