May 2018:

Ciara McDonnell and 6th year students after their Striking the balance Talk in career class this morning. Ciara talks to two students (Fajinmi Ayanfejesu and Oyinloye Adetoun) interested in giving Rugby a TRY.

Katie McDonnell speaks to 6th year students today about striking the balance and how students can balance a good study routine along with keeping fit and well during their leaving certificate Year.

Ms O’Brien welcomes Dr Paul Rouse to speak to 6th years as one of a series of talks to encourage growth mindset and encourage students to never give up on their ambitions.

This talk is one of a series of Growth Mindset talks encouraging our students to progress to third level and to never give up on their ambitions.

6th year students follow up on Carol Dweck’s theory of growth mindset in Career class with Ms O’Brien following their Mind to Mind talk from UCD professor Dr Paul Rouse.

6th year student Alison Burke enjoys a Growth mindset video in career class this afternoon (23rd February).
